The Suicide Call Back Service

The Suicide Call Back Service is a national telephone counselling service funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing that provides structured short to medium term support to people at risk of suicide, their carers, and people bereaved by the suicide of a loved one.  Recently the Suicide Call Back Service launched a website which provides a range of important information to assist people affected by these issues.  The website can be found at: www.suicidecallbackservice.org.au.

Teddy Love Club Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support is an Australia wide support program for bereaved parents who suffer the loss of their baby or babies to miscarriage, stillbirth, termination of pregnancy for foetal abnormality and neonatal death.

TLC donates traditional Teddy Bears to bereaved parents, in the hope the bear may help to ease the pain of leaving the hospital with such aching empty arms. We hope to provide parents with the comfort of knowing they are not alone right from the beginning, and offer significant ongoing support & understanding to bereaved parents, their families and their friends.
